Bars: how far we are toward each goal. The thin line is where we should be today at an even pace. Green = on or above pace; yellow = up to 15% behind; red = more than 15% behind. Hover a bar for the numbers, click it for the patients.
Weekly benchmark $160,000: Benchmark, not QuickBooks. $160,000 per week is the target used in Dr. Jeneby's Executive Summary. It is compared here with NexTech net collected for the PSC (cash posted in NexTech). QuickBooks is not used on this dashboard; a QuickBooks vs NexTech reconciliation will be added later. Pace = net so far ÷ business days elapsed × 5.
Month goals: Targets from Dr. Jeneby's Executive Summary (QuickBooks same month last year +15%), not verified: QuickBooks is not connected. Revenue is compared with NexTech net collected at PSC, not QuickBooks income. Cases = surgeries done this month (PSC, seen) + surgeries booked for the rest of the month (Future batch). Click a number for the patients.
PSC payments in the selected dates by the provider on the NexTech payment. When the payment has no provider (payment-only rows, deposits, pre-op payments taken at a PRC visit), the patient's surgeon on their other PSC visits is used (surgeons only) and counted in the last column. "Not recorded" = no provider anywhere for that patient. Click any number for the payments.
Surgeries done = PSC surgeries seen this month, doctor from the provider on the NexTech charge, else the visit type. Booked = surgery appointments for the rest of the month in the Future batch, doctor from the visit type (Surgery Dr jeneby / Phillips / Hiers).
PSC appointments in the selected dates: consults, pre-ops, surgeries and follow-ups (other visit types are on the PSC tab). Booked = every appointment on the schedule; Seen = Out / In / Doxy; Pending = never checked in or out in NexTech. One patient with two visits the same day counts once.
PSC consult patients in the selected dates. Counts patients, not appointments, so it can be lower than the Schedule table: a patient booked twice counts once (by first consult date), and LOP consults (insurance / accident) are left out.
NexTech's own report (the number Dr. Jeneby uses), checked patient by patient against the rep sheets, NexTech payments and notes, so the meeting sees how many are real follow-ups. Periods end on the last day of the selected dates.
Policy: paid in full at pre-op. Pre-op and surgery patients seen (checked out) from the 1st of the month through the latest day, balance as of their latest row, with the latest note. Old balances not tied to the current deal are removed on the Overrides tab (Column = Old Balance, Value = amount).
Deals, close rates and the rep collected amounts come from each rep's own sales sheet. If a rep does not log, their deals do not show here and the close rate drops. "Last log entry" shows who is behind; red = more than 5 days. Columns for the selected dates: deals = patients with a New Deal; rep collected = the rep's own Net sale in Bank (on a split deal, each rep's own amount); consults held, closed and close rate as on the report cards (the Total row counts each patient once).
Each patient's latest "Balance Remaining" on the rep's own sheet (2026 rows). This is what the reps report; it is not checked against NexTech, because NexTech balances are only available for patients with an appointment in the next 14 days (no full A/R report yet). Not affected by the dates above. Click a number for the patients.
Always on, not affected by the dates above. Click the "i" in the Note column for the latest rep note. Every PSC consult that was seen and has no deal yet, any date. A patient leaves the list when a deal is logged, a payment posts in NexTech, or the patient is marked Lost (Overrides tab: Date = consult date, Column = Consult Result, Value = Lost). Checked against GX at every close. Contact since consult = the latest contact after the consult: a call or text in GX (GX mass texts don't count), a note in GX, or the rep's NexTech note. A patient that GX has as lost, decided NO or do-not-contact after the consult is taken off the list as Lost. GX status = the opportunity's status, stage and owner. Patients are matched to GX by the phone, or else the email, on their NexTech record. GX does not give the message text. Reason and latest note come from the finance rep's own notes (patient names removed). Click a row for the patient's rows.
